The series called “How Not to Use Twitter” is rolling along. I would love your contributions. Meanwhile, on a more positive note, I’ve been thinking about ways to introduce people to Twitter.
Laura Fitton has a new book for “beginners” – which is about 90% of us! Twitter for Dummies.
There are literally thousands of Twitter how-to’s online. Here are my favorites, in no particular order. I’m hoping to get your suggestions about more. Rowse, Brogan, Stelzner, Owyang, Walling of ReadWriteWeb – these are all some of social media’s best and brightest. Definitely follow them in one way or another.

There are numerous blogs available on how to use twitter. It’s an excellent tool that can be used for Business. Thanks for commenting! The 100 Tips on Twitter for Business list is great – lots to work with there! That’s going to keep me busy for a while!

I don’t agree with using all the tools on the list. For example, I’m not a fan of the automatic post to Twitter plugins that create tweets from other sources like your blog or Facebook status updates, etc. because they tend to make your followers pay less attention to what you are saying (I think), but overall these are good tips to experiment with.
